Tsarin aiki
1. Wanke da tsaftace mutton keema da kyau da ruwa. Rike shi gefe.
2. Heara ruwan zafi a cikin kwanon rufi mai zurfi. Theara chana dal, ginger-tafarnuwa manna, koren chillies, baƙarƙyamar baƙi, ganyen bay, sandun kirfa, albasa da nikakken minton a ruwan zãfi.
3. A dafa naman a wuta mai rauni na tsawon minti 20 har sai naman ya yi laushi.
4. Da zarar an dafa naman sosai, sai a kashe wutar sannan a tsoma ruwa daga naman.

5. Lokacin da naman ya huce gaba ɗaya, niƙa naman tare da kayan ƙanshi a cikin mahautsini a cikin manna mai kyau. Kar a saka wani ruwa yayin nika.
