  • Ga Kuttu Ki Poori:

    Kuttu atta (buckwheat gari) - 200 g

    5. Yi zurfin poori a cikin ghee mai zafi kuma yi aiki da zafi.

    Ga Dahi Aloo:

    1. Jiƙa da niƙa chilli da ɗan ruwa kaɗan don yin liƙa mai kyau.
    2. Auki kwano, haɗa kuttu ka atta da 1 tsp na jan barkono mai ɗanɗano tare da curd.
    3. Iri cakuda ta wurin tabo.
    4. Ghee mai zafi a cikin kwanon rufi.
    5. Choppedara yankakken ginger da dankali da soya na minti daya.
    6. Theara cakuda da atta ɗin a barshi ya dahu.
    7. Sendara sendha namak.
    8. Cire daga zafi.
    9. Yi ado da yankakken ganyen coriander.
