Ga Kuttu Ki Poori:
Kuttu atta (buckwheat gari) - 200 g

Ga Puri:

- Yi kullu mai laushi a ajiye shi na tsawon minti 30 don huta kullu.
- Yanke kananan kwallaye (peda) daga kullu sai ki daidaita shi a zagaye.
- Yi zurfin poori a cikin ghee mai zafi kuma yi aiki da zafi.
Ga Dahi Aloo:
- Jiƙa da niƙa chilli da ɗan ruwa kaɗan don yin liƙa mai kyau.
- Auki kwano, haɗa kuttu ka atta da 1 tsp na jan barkono mai ɗanɗano tare da curd.
- Iri cakuda ta wurin tabo.
- Ghee mai zafi a cikin kwanon rufi.
