Tumatir puree - 1 kofin
Green chilli (yankakken) - 2 tsp
Turmeric foda - tsth tsp
Red chilli foda - 1 tsp
Boiled dankali (bawo da kuma yanke zuwa cubes) - 1 kofin
Jeera foda - 1 tsp
Tamarind chutney - 1 tbsp
Bhaja masala - 1 tsp
Ganyen Coriander (yankakke) - don ado

1. Sanya farin matar a cikin sieve.
2. Kurkura shi da ruwa.
3. Canja wuri a cikin kwano da zuba kofi 6 na ruwa.
4. Bada damar jiƙa na tsawon awanni 7-8.
5. Da zarar an jiƙa, ƙara shi tare da ruwa a cikin injin girki mai matsewa.
