Miyar Tumatirin Thupa Thupa shine miya girke-girke wanda ya shahara a cikin jihohin tsaunukan Indiya kamar Himachal. Ana iya yin Thupa daga abubuwa daban-daban kamar kaza, naman alade ko namomin kaza. Wannan girke-girke na miyan musamman shine na a tumatir miya.

Wannan miyar tumatir asalin girkin Tibet ne. Amma yanzu ya zama sananne a jihohin arewacin da ke kan iyaka da Tibet.
