  • Gram na gari / Besan - 1 kofin

  • Curd - ½ kg
  • Ruwa - 1 kofin
  • Gishiri dandana
  • Turmeric - ½ tsp
  • Asafoetida (hing) - ½ tsp
  • Man - 3 tsp
  • Mustard tsaba - 1 tsp
  • Ganyen Curry - 5-6
  • Coriander (yankakken yankakken) - 4 tbsp
  • Kwakwa (grated) - 4 tbsp
Red Shinkafa Kanda Poha Yadda Ake Shirya
  • 1. Zuba curd a cikin kwano mai matsakaici kaɗan kuma sanya shi cikin daidaito mai santsi.
