Lokacin da muke tunanin abincin titi a Indiya, kawai muna samun hoton katon gwal ne wanda aka tsoma cikin ruwan tamarind. Golgappa kuma ana kiranta da pani puri, puchka ko aloo puri masala. Ko menene sunan ya kasance, dukkanmu muna son mu alakanta wasu gaan gwal. Kowa da kowa yana son mai daɗin ci, mai daɗi da maraice na yamma. Kuna iya tsoma golgappas a cikin ruwan tamarind ko a cikin ruwa mai zaki mai daɗi ko duka biyun. Idan kuna son golgappa kuma kuna son gwada wasu abubuwan ciye-ciye daban-daban tare da kayan aikin iri ɗaya to wurin biya wannan girkin mai sauƙin sauƙi.

  • Tumatir- 2 (yankakken yankakke)
  • Green chillies- 2-4 (yankakken yankakken)
  • Curd- 2tbsp
  • Tamarind ɓangaren litattafan almara- 2tbsp
  • Coriander chutney-1tbsp
  • Chaat masala- 1tsp
  • Gishirin masala- & frac12 tsp
  • Gishiri- kamar yadda dandano
  • Black gishiri - a tsunkule
  • Red chilli foda- 1tsp

Don ado



  • Ganyen Coriander- 2tbs (yankakken)
  • Sev- 4tbsp
  • Albasa- 2tsp (yankakken yankakke)

Tsarin aiki

  • A cikin kwano, sai a dafa dafaffen dankalin da cokali.
  • Aauki farantin. Fasa golgappas kaɗan don cushe dankali. Cire dankakken dankalin sannan kuma sanya gwal a cikin farantin.
  • Yanzu yada yankakken albasa, tumatir da koren chillies akan shi.
  • Tare da cokali, zuba curd din sannan sai a yayyafa dukkan kayan yaji wato ja chilli foda, garam masala da chaat masala. Sannan a yayyafa gishiri da baƙin gishiri akan gwalgaba.

Golgappa chaat ya shirya. Yi ado da sev, albasa da ganyen coriander. Ku bauta masa nan da nan.
