Paneer posto mai sauƙin fahimta ne kuma mai kyau Bengali girke-girke tare da buƙatar wasu 'yan ƙwayoyi kaɗan. Idan ba ku cikin halin girki mai cikakken bayani to wannan abu ɗaya ne wanda zaku iya zuwa kuma duk da haka ku sami godiya.   • & sukari frac14tbsp
  • 8-10 kashin goro
  • & frac12tbsp kasuri methi
  • 1 kofin cream
  • 1/2 kofin madara
  • 50gms man shanu

Hanya Don Yin Paneer Posto:



  • Jiƙa kwayayen poppy da na cashew sosai cikin ruwa na awa ɗaya ko biyu kafin a nika.
  • Saka chillies, posto (poppy seed), da dan ruwa a cikin abin hadewarka sai kayi manna mai kauri. Har ila yau, haɗa kuɗin kuɗin da kyau a cikin mahaɗinku daban.
  • Yanke paneer (cuku auduga) a ƙananan cubes ko triangles yadda zai iya jiƙa ruwan magani sosai.
  • Atasa ɗan man shanu a cikin kwanon rufi mai zurfi kuma a soya su da sauƙi har sai sun zama kaɗan rawaya.
  • Yanzu ƙara manna posto a cikin kwanon ruɓa kuma haɗu sosai.
  • Saltara gishiri don dandana a cikin cakuda.
  • Zaku iya ƙara madara a ciki ko kuma cakuɗin zai iya bushewa sosai.
  • Pasteara man shanu na cashew, kirim da sukari a cikin kwanon rufin kuma sanya shi a kan matsakaiciyar harshen wuta. Motsa sosai don 'yan mintoci kaɗan.
  • Ki rufe kaskon soya tare da murfi ki barshi ya dahu a wuta mara wuta na tsawan minti 5.
  • Cire murfin, ƙara ɗan man shanu da kasuri methi. A barshi ya dahu na wasu mintuna 5 sannan a cire.
