Methi gatte ki sabzi wani abincin gargajiya ne na Arewacin Indiya, wanda ya fito daga jihar Rajasthan. 6. waterara ruwa da kaɗan kaɗan (kamar kwatankwacin kwata) sai a niƙa shi a kullu mai tauri mai tauri.
