Masala kulcha hakika irin nau'in girkin burodi na Indiya wanda aka haɗe shi da kewayon kayan ƙanshi da kayan abinci. - Yayyafa yisti a cikin ruwan dumi sannan a sa 1tsp na sukari a ciki. Bar shi na minti goma.
- Yanzu ƙara & frac12 tsp na lemun tsami a ciki. Yisti ku ya shirya.
Ga Masala Kulcha
- Theauki gari a cikin babban kwano. Theara yoghurt, madara, sugar, baking powder, 1tbsp ghee da ɗan gishiri a ciki.
- Yanzu ƙara ruwa da yisti a cikin wannan cakuda. Shirya kullu kuma bar shi ya huta na aƙalla awanni biyu.
- Rike kwanon soya a murhun gas sannan a tafasa dankalin. Kwasfa su ka gauraya albasar, koren citta mai ɗanɗano, mangwaro da gishiri da shi.
- Yanzu ɗauki kullu kuma kuyi ƙananan ƙwallo daga ciki. Yi ɗan rami a cikin kowane ƙwallon kuma cika dankalin daɗin cika shi.
- Sanya kowane kwalli a cikin kananan kamannin kamannin diski.
- Yanzu ɗauki wani kwanon frying kuma ƙara sauran ghee a ciki.
- Ki soya su a kaskon har sai sun dan yi kalar zinari.
