  • Ganyen sanyi- 4
  • Ganyen Coriander- & frac12 bunch
  • Nutmeg (badi elaichi) foda- 1 tsp
  • Gishiri- 2 tsp

Nutsar da dukkan abubuwanda ake hada naman tare tare a dafa kazar da wannan koren manna.

Marination Lokaci: awa 1

Sinadaran Ga Masala:



  • Shah jeera- 1 tsp
  • Kirfa sandunansu- inci 1
  • Peppercorns- 5
  • Kwayoyin Cardamom- 2
  • Taurari anise- 1
  • Javitri- 1
  • Albasa- 4 (yankakke)
  • Ginger tafarnuwa manna- 2 tbsp
  • Kwakwa- kofi 1 (grated)
  • Kaza- gram 500 (a yanka a tsaka-tsaka)
  • Ganyen bay- 1
  • Red chilli foda- 1 tbsp
  • Coriander foda- 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala foda- 1 tsp
  • Mai- 4 tbsp
  • Gishiri- kamar yadda dandano.

Tsarin aiki

1. Zafin man 2 tbsp a cikin kwanon rufi mai zurfi. Idan ya dasa ruwa da zafi, sai a shafe shi da shah jeera da dukkan kayan yaji wadanda suka hada da kirfa, cardamom, peppercorns, star anise da javitri.

2. Bari mai ya sha dandanon kayan ƙanshi na rabin minti. Sannan saute rabin albasar a mai.

3. Bayan minti 3 zuwa 4, sai a zuba kwakwa a ciki a kwanon rufi. Cook a ƙananan wuta na tsawon minti 3 zuwa 4 har sai cakuɗin ya zama ruwan kasa.
