  • Garam masala- 1tsp
  • Tumatir puree- 2tbsp
  • Tamarind manna- 1 kofin
  • Kwakwa- kofi 1 (sabo ne)
  • Ganyen Coriander- sprigs 2 (yankakke)
  • Mai- 4tbsp
  • Gishiri- kamar yadda dandano

Tsarin aiki

  1. Yi manna na koren chillies, ginger da tafarnuwa. Marinate prawns da wannan manna, gishiri, hoda mai ɗanɗano, turmeric da garam masala.
  2. Sanya ciyawar da aka tafka a gefe na mintina 30.
  3. Yanzu zafin mai a cikin kwanon rufi. Sanya shi da ganyen curry. Theara prawns tare da marinade a cikin kwanon rufi.
  4. Sanya soyayyen na mintina 2-3 a kan wuta mai ƙushi. Kada a soya prawns da yawa. Kawai jira ɗan ruwan hoda ya ɓace.
