Hanya Don Lamban Rago mai Girma:

  • Lokacin da kuka yanki nama, bai kamata ya juya zuwa naman da aka nika ba. Yanke shi ta hanyar babban grater ko yanke abubuwan tube tare da wuka. Zaɓi ƙaramin ƙwayoyin mai na nama.
  • Haɗa masarar masara da yankakken barkono mai sanyi, gishiri da barkono. Saka naman a ciki yayin da kuke dumama mai a cikin kwanon rufi mai zurfin soyawa.
  • Zaki soya naman sosai har sai ya zama ruwan kasa mai zinare a kan wuta mai zafi. Ki tace mai ki jika sauran da kyallen takarda. Rike shi gefe
