Dangane da ka'idojin Ayurveda, tsarin rayuwarmu ta yau da kullun da abinci dole ne suyi daidai da lokacin. Don haka, ba da tweak zuwa salon rayuwarmu da halaye na cin abinci, zamu iya rayuwa cikin jituwa da yanayi.
