Tsarin aiki
1. A soya shinkafar a cikin manja na tsawon mintina 3-4 a wuta mai zafi kadan a ajiye a gefe.
2. Jiƙa duka kayan ƙanshi da barkono masara, da garin kanumfure, da sandar kirfa da albasa a cikin ruwa.
3. Man mai a cikin kwanon rufi mai zurfi. Yanke kan kifin a ƙananan ƙananan kuma a zurfafa soya shi a cikin mai.
4. A soya kan kifin sosai tsawon minti 5 har sai ya zama ja-in-ja da ja. Ki tace soyayyen kifin ki ajiye shi gefe.
5. Sanya man da ya rage da ganyen bay da 'ya'yan cumin. Jefa cikin ɗanyun koren chilon a ciki.

12. Idan lokacin da aka kayyade ya wuce, kashe wutar. Sanya kwano da ghee da nikakken masala.
