Sinadaran

  • Namomin kaza- 250 gms
  • Albasa- 2 (yankakke)
  • Capsicum- 1 (yankakken)
  • Tumatir- 2-3 (yankakken)
  • Ginger- & frac12 inci
  • Tafarnuwa- 4-5 kwasfan fayiloli
  • Ganyen sanyi- 3-4
  • Red chilli foda- 1tsp
  • Turmeric foda- & frac12 tsp
  • Coriander foda- 1tsp
  • Garam masala- 1tsp
  • Gishiri
  • Ghee- 4tbsp
  • Ruwa- kofi 1
  • Ganyen kwadi domin ado

Tsarin aiki

  • Wanke kuma yanke namomin kaza cikin yanka.
  • Nika ginger, tafarnuwa da koren chillies tare. Yi manna kuma ƙara ɗan digo na ruwa don yin liƙa mai kauri.
  • Ghee mai zafi a cikin kadai (kwanon rufi). Onionsara albasa da soya har sai sun juya launin ruwan kasa na zinariya. Yanzu ƙara ginger, tafarnuwa da koren citta mai ɗanɗano kuma saute a matsakaiciyar harshen wuta.
  • Choppedara yankakken capsicum, tumatir da yayyafa gishiri. Mix kuma dafa a kan matsakaiciyar wuta na mintina biyu.
  • Yayyafa garin turmeric da ja chilli foda. Mix da kyau.
  • Yanzu, zuba ruwa kuma ƙara yankakken namomin kaza a cikin kwanon rufi. Mix da dama yadda ya kamata. Cook a kan matsakaiciyar wuta na tsawon mintuna 4-6 (har sai miya ta yi kauri kadan kuma naman kaza ya yi laushi).
  • Sanya garam masala. Mix kuma sanya kwanon rufi daga harshen wuta.

Kadai naman kaza ya gama ci. Yi amfani da shi da zafi tare da shinkafa mara kyau ko juyawa. Hakanan zaku iya samun shi tare da jita-jita na Sinawa kamar shinkafa da taliya.
