Abincin Jain wani nau'in abinci ne mai tsananin cin nama. Jains su ne mabiyan Mahaveer Jain. Sun yi imani da mummunan yanayin rashin tashin hankali. Ba wai kawai sun ƙi duk wani kayan dabbobi ba amma sun ƙi kowane samfurin, cin abincin da zai iya cutar da mai rai. Tsarin Jain mai tsauri zai ware kayan lambu na yau da kullun kamar dankali, albasa da karas saboda waɗannan asalinsu kayan lambu ne.
Duk wani kayan lambu da yake girma a ƙarƙashin ƙasa dole ne a tumɓuke shi gaba ɗaya kafin cin abinci. Don haka idan za mu ci karas, dole ne a tumɓuke tsirewar carrot gaba ɗaya ta mutu. Wannan ba karbabbu bane ga Jains. Shin irin wannan tsayayyen abincin cin ganyayyaki zai iya zama lafiyayye? Bari mu gani idan za a iya cin abincin Jain lafiya ta hanyar ƙara madaidaitan maye gurbin.
Waken Soya na Kayan Madara & Madara: Yawancin Jains masu tsauri suna ƙi madara saboda hanyar rashin mutuntaka wacce ake cirewa daga dabbobi. Don haka ta yaya ake samun alli da sunadarai da jiki ke buƙata? Waken soya shine kawai hanya don maye gurbin madara a cikin abincin vegans. Akwai samfuran waken soya da yawa waɗanda zasu iya ƙara nau'ikan abincinku. Kuna iya samun madarar waken soya maimakon na madara na shanu da tofu a maimakon abin burodi.
Ulara don Nama : Jain ba sa taɓa nama ko kifi. Har ma sun la'anci ƙwai a matsayin mara cin ganyayyaki saboda akwai rayuwa a cikin ƙwai. Don haka yaya game da sunadaran gina tsoka da jiki ke buƙata. Ana iya saka nau'ikan hawan jini iri daban-daban kamar rajma (wake na ja), lentil da gram a hade tare da dals don cika buƙatun furotin a cikin abincin Jain.
Ofananan hatsi masu kyau: Yawancin waɗanda ba 'yan ganyayyaki ba sa bincika zaɓin cin hatsi sosai. Amma idan kun kasance a kan cin ganyayyaki kuma kuna neman zaɓuɓɓuka, to hatsi suna ba da irin waɗannan zaɓin abinci da yawa. Baya ga samun wasu ƙwayoyin abinci da na carbohydrates, za ku kuma sami nauyin bitamin.
Tsaba: Tsaba sune kayan abinci na gaba. Akwai tsaba iri iri kamar chia tsaba, flaxseed da sauransu waɗanda ke da ƙoshin lafiya. Jains na iya rama bitamin da ma'adinan da suka rasa daga nama da kifi ta hanyar samun iri. 'Ya'yan flax alal misali misali sune kawai sanannen tushen ganyayyaki na mai mai omega-3.
