  • Alayyafo - ganye 10



    Green Peas (shelled, Boiled da mashed) - ¾th kofin

    Dankali (Boiled, bawo da grated) - 3-4 matsakaici size

    Green chillies (yankakken) - 3

    Ginger (yankakken) - yanki mai inci 2

    Fresh ganyen coriander (yankakken) - 2 tbsp

    Chaat masala - 1 tsp

    Gishiri dandana

    Masarar masara (sitaci masara) - 2 tbsp

    Mai - don zurfin soyawa

  • 1. Takeauki ganyen alayyahu sai a rufe shi a cikin kofi biyu na tafasasshen ruwan gishiri na minti biyar. Saltara gishiri yana sa aikin ya ɗan yi sauri kuma gishiri yana shiga cikin alayyaho.
