Gosht Biryani sanannen abinci ne na Mughlai, wanda shine hada naman rago, shinkafar basmati, yoghurt, albasa da kayan ƙanshi. Dankalin tasa daya ne wanda ake hada shi da miya da raita.
Yawanci ana yin sa ne a lokutan bukukuwa ko kuma a ƙarshen mako. Abu ne mai sauki don yin wannan kuma ana iya shirya shi a gaba don kowane irin wasan motsa jiki, abincin rana ko abincin dare na dare ko haduwa.

- Da farko, magudanar ruwa da wanke gutsurar tsinkakakkun ruwan da yake gudana.
- Bushe sai a kara masarar garam, sannan a zuba gishiri daidai da dandano, manna-ginger-tafarnuwa, garin hoda mai sanyi, da kofuna biyu na curd.
- Bagauki filastik filastik fim mai tsabta kuma saka naman alade a cikin cakuda kuma ajiye shi a cikin firiji don marinate na dare.
