- Albasa- 2 (yankakke)

- Green chillies- 3-4 (yankakken)
- Ginger- 1 inch (yankakken yankakken)
- Tafarnuwa- 7-8 kwasfa (minced)
- Turmeric foda- 1tsp
- Red chilli foda- 2tsp
- Coriander foda- & frac12 tsp
- Garam masala- 1tsp
- Chana masala- 1tsp
- Jeera foda- 1tsp
- Kwayoyin Cumin- 1tsp
- Ganyen bay- 1
- Gishiri- kamar yadda dandano
- Mai- 2tbsp
Tsarin aiki
- Wanke chana da aka dafa da matsi a dafa na tsawon bushe-bushe 4-5.
- A halin yanzu, man zafi a cikin kwanon frying. Season tare da ganyen bay da kuma 'ya'yan itacen cumin.
- Yanke yankakken albasa na mintina 4 a wuta mai zafi. Albasa ya kamata ya zama ruwan kasa mai duhu.
- Greenara koren chillies, ginger, tafarnuwa, tumatir, gishiri da garin turmeric. A gauraya sosai sai a dau tsawon minti 3 a wuta mai zafi.
- Yayyafa garin ja chili, garam masala, jeera foda, chana masala, garin coriander sai a gauraya sosai.
- Theara dafaffun chana da ƙaramin ruwa. Ki kawo shi ya dahu. Lokacin da kayan miya suka yi kauri da ruwa gaba daya, sai a cire kwanon wutar a wuta.
Dry chana masala tana shirye don ci. Yi ado tare da yankakken ganyen coriander kuma kuyi zafi azaman gefen kwano tare da parathas ko rotis.
