Salami nama ne da aka sarrafa shi wanda ya shahara sosai a sassa da yawa na duniya. Gurasar Salami suna ɗayan zafin nama mara cin nama. Kuna iya samun shi don karin kumallo ko abincin dare. Idan kuna jinkirin zuwa ofishi ko kwaleji, kawai shirya wannan girke-girke na karin kumallo mai sauƙi. Yana da lafiya, cikewa kuma ana iya shirya shi cikin mintuna 20 kawai! Duk abin da kuke buƙata shine salami kaza, vegetablesan kayan lambu, burodi da kayan ƙanshi. Bari mu duba wannan girke-girke na karin kumallo.

- Yanzu kiyaye letas (ko wani kayan lambu mai ɗanyen ganye da kuka yi amfani da shi) akan yankakken gurasar da aka shafa. Yada soyayyen salami a kan latas.
- Onionsara albasa, kokwamba da tumatir a saman salami sannan sai a yayyafa gishiri da baƙin barkono. Rufe shi da gurasar burodin da ba a goge ba.
- Atasa kwanon rufi a ƙananan wuta. Man shafawa da ɗan man shanu sannan a soya sandwich na salami na mintina 2. A hankali juyewa a ɗaya gefen don tabbatar da cushewar ba ta fito ba.
