- Halfauki rabin albasar da kake da ita ka yi tataccen ta.
- Yanzu ka dauki kayan kajin a cikin babban kwano ka hada da manna albasa, curd, chilli powder, ginger tafarnuwa, turmeric da dan gishiri a ciki.
- Ki gauraya sosai ki barshi ya kwashe aƙalla awa ɗaya ko biyu.
- Panauki kwanon rufi mai zurfi, sanya shi a kan murhun gas ɗin sannan saka mai 3-4tbsp a ciki.
- Leavesara ganyen bay da sauran albasa a cikin man. Saute shi a kan matsakaiciyar harshen wuta har sai albasa ta juya launin ruwan kasa.
- Zuba ruwan tumatir a ciki, koren chili, cumin da garin coriander a ciki. A motsa sosai na mintina 2-3 a kan wuta mai matsakaici.
