1. cupsara kofi 2 na ruwa a cikin injin dafa injin matsawa da ƙara wankakken dankalin a ciki.
2. Matsi dafa shi har zuwa bushe-bushe har sau 3 kuma bar shi ya huce.
3. Buɗe murfin cooker ɗin matsi kuma bare ɗankalin.
4. Yanke dankalin cikin cubes sannan kuma a dafa tumatir din.
5. oilara mai a cikin kwanon rufi mai zafi sannan kuma ƙara jeera sauté shi.
6. Add koren chillies da ginger.
7. leavesara ganyen curry da tumatir daɗaɗa da motsa shi sosai.
8. redara garin hoda mai ɗanɗano, garin kurkum, gishirin dutsen da motsawa sosai na kimanin minti 2-3.
9. halfara rabin kofi na ruwa.
10. Da zarar ruwan ya fara tafasa, sai a dafaffen cubes dankalin da dafaffe.
11. A markada dankalin kadan, sai ya zama kayan miya su zama kadan.
