Coriander foda- 1 tbsp

Sambar masala- 1 tbsp

Wayar mustard- & frac12 tbsp

Tamarind- 1 tbsp (jiƙa a ruwa)

Asafoetida- 1 tsunkule

Ghee- 3- 4 tbsp

Ganyen Curry

Gishiri- Don dandana

Kayan lambu

Tumatir- babban 1 (yankakke)

Karas- 1

Dankali- babban 1 (dafaffe da yankakken)

Albasa- babban 1 (yankakke)

Tsarin aiki

1. Wanke shinkafa da dal sosai a cikin ruwa mai gudu. Jiƙa shinkafa da dal cikin ruwa na tsawon awanni 3-4.

2. Yanzu, ɗauki cooker na matsi kuma ƙara ghee a ciki. Saka dafaffen shinkafar da dal a ciki. Redara garin ja a ciki, garin coriander, garin turmeric, sambar masala, gishiri da asafoetida a cikin injin girki.
