Kayan girke na Kheer sananne ne a duk Indiya. Su ne waɗanda aka fi so a cikin duka kuma ana samun su a cikin kewayon dandano. Anan zamu gwada kesar kheer tare da 'yan pistachios (pista) a ciki. Wannan zai kara zuwa karin kayan yaji a girkin kheer. Kesar pista kheer ya shahara sosai saboda kyawawan ƙanshi da ƙamshi.
Abubuwan da ke cikin wannan girkin na kheer suna da sauƙi. Babban sinadaran da ke karawa cikin kyakkyawan dandano a cikin wannan kayan zaki na Indiya shine kesar (saffron) da pista (pistachios). Abin da ya sa wannan girke-girke na kheer ya dace da kowane yanayi shi ne cewa ana iya shirya shi cikin sauƙi. - Theara shinkafa a cikin kwanon rufi kuma toya shi da sauƙi a kan ƙananan wuta. Auke shi ƙasa kafin ya zama ja.
- Yanzu ɗauki wani kwanon rufi mai zurfin ƙasa a kan murhun gas ɗin kuma zuba madara a ciki. Rike shi a kan matsakaiciyar harshen wuta.
- Yanzu ki cigaba da juya shi a hankali ki kawo shi ya dahu da zarar madarar ta fara tafasa.
- Sauke 'ya'yan cardamom a cikin madara. Cire shi bayan minti 5-6.
- Yanzu ƙara kesar da pista a ciki. Zuba shinkafar a ciki yanzu. Ki kawo shi ya dahu.
- Kashe murhun gas bayan shinkafar ta tafasa da kyau.
