  • Ganyen Coriander- stalks 2 (yankakken)
  • Green chillies- 3 (minced)
  • Kebab masala- 1tsp
  • Garam masala- 1tsp
  • Ruwan Lemon tsami- 1tbsp
  • Garin masara- 2tbsp
  • Mai- 1tbsp
  • Gishiri- kamar yadda dandano

  1. Auki mutton keema a cikin babban kwano mai haɗawa. Choppedara yankakken albasa, ganyen coriander da barkono.
  2. Ki tsiyaye ruwan lemon tsami, gishiri ki zuba manja tafarnuwa.
  3. Yanzu yayyafa kayan ƙamshi kamar garam masala da kebab masala.
  4. A ƙarshe ƙara ɗan masara a cikin cakuda. Yanzu kulla keema kamar kullu.
  5. Fulawar masara zata ba hadin hadin kai.
